PLACING AN ORDER
When can I place an order or get in touch with customer service?
You may place orders on-line 7 days a week 24 hours a day. If you would
like to speak with a customer service representative you will need to
refer to the business hours that are below.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday-Saturday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Sunday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
These hours are based on Eastern Standard Time Zone and are subject to change.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
What are my payment options?
We take credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover - we do not take American Express), checks and money orders. All orders are prepaid, we do not ship C.O.D., and no order will be processed until payment is received .
SHIPPING
How will my order be shipped to me?
All of our orders are shipped UPS Ground unless other arrangements have
been made with customer service. All Alaska, Hawaii and International
orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping charges for USPS
are determined by the weight of your order and your location. Please call a
customer service rep at 1-800-707-RAGS ( 7247) with your order and we will
be able to determine the shipping charges for your order. Please note
that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Also, please have your package
delivered to an address where someone can sign for it. All of our shipments
must be signed by an adult over 21 years old.
When can I expect my order?
We try to have all orders delivered 2 to 3 weeks after we receive them.
We at BarRags pride ourselves on delivering your order as quickly as
possible, but occasionally we do need to restock inventory which might cause a
slight delay.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is the returns and exchange policy?
Since all orders from BarRags are customized there are no returns or
exchanges. In the case that something is wrong with your order, please
contact customer service at 1-800- 707-7247. All of our orders are double
checked for accuracy, but occasionally mistakes do happen.
